01:43 – Units were dispatched out to Rt 28 North near the Shaler Pumphouse for a vehicle crash, hit and run, with reported entrapment. 259 Rescue arrived on scene and began extrication. 260 Rescue arrived on scene a short time later, checked for hazards, stabilized the vehicle and assisted with removal of both the front and rear passenger door. Extrication took 12 minutes from the arrival of the first unit on scene. 260 remained on scene and cleaned up debris that was scattered across the roadway.
