Units alerted for a garbage truck that backed into a telephone pole
taking down multiple power lines, cable and telephone lines. 149
Chief (Ported) was advised by his team that all occupants of the truck
were out and uninjured. 260 Rescue team arrived and checked with
a power detector to see if the lines were still energized.

Units alerted for a vehicle that struck a wall with multiple injuries. 260
Chief (Skalos) called this in by radio. Units arrived on scene, rescue
assisted with removal and packaging of 2 patients, which were
transported by Shaler and Ross. Rescue remained on scene for
about an hour assisting PD with their investigation.

showing from the roof area. 260 Truck crew assisted with searching
the 2nd floor for extension as there was a smoke condition inside.
After some ventilation, units cleared and were ready for additional

The crew responded after leaving Short Ave and advised the
homeowner that there was nothing that the FD could do about so little

held in station as per command (Chief Costanzo). After an
investigation by units on scene - it was found to be no problem,
nothing read on meters and all units returned back in service.

Police on patrol asked dispatch to start fire units for smoke and
flames coming from the roof at the business. After an investigation by
truck and engine crews, it was found to be an air handler. There was
no active fire and all units returned after about an hour.
