Residential structure fire - 100 Colton St, Millvale - 4/15/08
Stations: 191, 260, 259, 149, 102RIT, EMS Station 210
Fire started in the basement and was quickly extinguished by 191 Engine
crew.  260 Utilized to ventilate the house.
